Intensive trainings
Intensives, akin to therapeutic bootcamps, are thoughtfully curated for individuals, groups and families seeking concentrated support tailored to their unique needs. Typically spanning 5 to 12 days, these immersive experiences extend beyond conventional therapy.
Facilitated by a professional team, including specialists in somatic movement, dance and fitness, participants engage in experiential therapy.
This comprehensive approach integrates physical exercises, expressive arts like painting and sculpture and encourages creative expression through voice and poetry. Somatic movement and dance serve as vehicles for emotional release and self-discovery. Participants are invited to explore leisure activities, fostering a holistic approach to well-being.

Education
Embark on a comprehensive and professional mental health education program curated by Dr. Med. Univ. Denisa Legac. This intensive 4-year course, featuring two immersive 10-day group workshops and learning boot camps, is designed to provide a thorough understanding of mental health principles.
The curriculum delves into foundational ideas from significant therapy minds adapting these concepts to the complexities of current times. Drawing inspiration from prominent figures like Freud, Adler, Jung, Frankl, and Milton Erickson, the course equips you with a well-rounded knowledge base.
Additionally, the program uniquely integrates the application of basic Milton Erickson models into daily living. Dr. Legac’s expertise ensures that you not only grasp theoretical concepts but also learn how to seamlessly apply them in practical situations.
At the end of each intensive, participants will receive a certificate, a testament to their success and accomplishment during the workshops.
